| We can offer an initial appointment where you can attend at our office for a brief consultation in isolation. We may guide you and set out future options available whilst there is no obligation on your part to begin proceedings with us should you believe that matters can otherwise be resolved. We charge a fixed fee for the half hour appointment which will be less than the commensurate hourly rate. Like most Family departments we charge a competitive hourly rate and at our first meeting we will give an indication to you of the likely timing and costs involved for action that may be identified to be appropriately undertaken on your behalf. We are also now able to offer fixed fees for procedurally standard uncontested divorce suits in order that clients can commit themselves to a course of action whilst monitoring the expenditure of legal fees.
